Beyond the Mosque : Christians within Muslim Community
Outline: A strong sense of community accounts for much of the Muslim's reluctance to consider the unique claims of Jesus Christ. While this truth is widely accepted among Christian missiologists, Beyont the Mosque is the first book to explain it thoroughly and explore its implications for missions. The author insists that "extraction evangelism" in Muslim countries must stop. "The convert must remain in his society as light and salt. He must leave the mosque, but that need not result in his expulsion from community. With sensitivity new believers can in most instances, remain within the broad perimeters of Islamic society."
