Outline: Leadership Training prepares those who have gone completed the discipleship training and have shown the ability to serve others by teaching the Word. The focus of discipleship training was to guide the believers was to guide the believers to be like Jesus and to live like Him. The emphasis of leadership Training is to guide them to become "little pastors" to teach others under pastoral supervision. This is very important and significant because we are seaching for potential lay leaders who can be assist the pastor side by side in discipling the laity to be Christlike.
