No Harvest Until ... : A church based prayer group at work for Indonesia
Outline: There was NO HARVEST UNTIL God's heard His people pray. As surely as a boat stuck on a sandbank needs the tide to lift it off and the plants need to be watered and well needs to be made into garments before it can be worn, The gospel needs the tide of prayer, the rain of intercession, and the garment that God's people weave when they meet together for prayer to flourish into a full harvest.
So concluded the church elder as God spoke to him about forming a special prayer group to back the missionary surgeon's work in Indonesia. Through regular meetings, weekly letters, and daily prayers, the prayer circle - the elder and his wife, a truck driver and his wife, some schoolboys, a housewife, and a railway worker - shared in the joy of harvest as illustrated in the salvation of the Sundanese girl Annie.
