In 'Systematic Theology' Paul Tillich restates the Christian faith for the twentieth century. Here complete between two covers are the three volumes of this monumental work-the summation of Tillich's thought-which appeared in 1951,1957, and 1963.
For a quarter of a century I have wanted to write a systematic
theology. It always has been impossible for me to think theologically
in any other than a systematic way. The smallest problem, if taken
seriously and radically, drove me to all other problems and to the anticipation of a whole in which they could find their solution.
