Meg is not Alone
Outline: One Sunday after church, while Meg and her parents are getting their coats to head home, Meg suddenly notices she's on her own. A miscommunication between her mom and dad results in Meg being accidently left behind at church. She tries to be brave, but she feels alone and afraid. But Meg is not alone. When the people at church realize what happened, they gather around Meg with kind offers of tissues, cookies, and storybooks while she waits for her dad to come get her. With her new friend's help, Meg learns how to be a church fiend too. With easy-to-understand language and colorful illustrations, Meg's story will help families start a conversation about Jesus's command to "love one another" and about the blessing of being part of the local church.
